Lou and Dan’s wedding reception was held at Melville Glades Golf Club. Having eaten only a chicken pie for breakfast and some turkish bread and tzatziki dip at Sascha and Dave’s between wedding and reception, I was absolutely ravenous. Once we’d sat down at our table, my bread roll promptly made friends with my tummy.

Friday night dinner was roast chicken, roast potato and coleslaw.
Jac made the coleslaw, with Kraft coleslaw dressing.
The chicken was rubbed in barbecue marinade powder and then roasted.
The potatoes were cut in half and roasted under the chicken, which sat on a metal rack so that its juices and fat could drip down as it cooked. ...
