But I've been playing in my study by myself, which is fine for now. I have to shut Billy Lee out of the room though, as she mews at me the whole time (I presume telling me to shut up). I'd like to get a new guitar actually. Not sure if it was the teaching that inspired the return of the music – though teaching has made me miss my theatre days (there’s another story!). Nothing like doing a PhD to make you realise you might actually want to be living a very different sort of life to the one you thought you wanted to pursue.
