Anyhoo, if you are planning to visit the Show again this year (every five years right?) make sure you come to the Dairy Pavillon which is just next to Gate 10 (up the hill from the ribs place). We do tastings and sales of our cheeses in there and you really must try the Chilli & Garlic Club Cheddar - our best seller! Our stall is between the Fremantle Chocolate Factory and Frogs Gelato stalls - how can you resist? I'll be there every day, hope to see you in October, Alison.
