cliffwaterford,
Try a buffet or banquet meal at an Indian restaurant, if you can. Then you can try different dishes and see what you like best.

The Expedited Writer,
They taste much the same to me, except that the chicken tikka I've had is boneless and the tandoor I've had is always on the bone. I really don't know what the difference is.

The Home Cook,
It was fantastic. I really want to eat there again quite soon.

Oh man...I've been having a serious craving for Indian food lately and this post just sent me over the edge. Everything looks fantastic, especially the crispy onion balls. And all that sauce...I'm happy with mostly sauce, rice and bread. Siiiighhh...

I must say those food looked really good, especially the chicken tikka. Although, it does look like tandoori chicken to me. Are they the same?

This looks wonderful. I seldom go to Indian restaurants because this is one of the cuisines I know least about and always find it hard to order the right mix of foods. But I think following your post and what you had, all of it looking delicious my next restaurant visit will be to an Indian Restaurant!! I live in London, any restaurant tips for great Indian highly appreciated.
