Three dinners involving chicken

As the title suggests, here are three dinners we had this week involving chicken.

Monday: homemade chicken kebabs, made with Lebanese flat bread filled with marinated chicken, lettuce, tomato and rolled up. There was sauce in there – could’ve been barbecue and aioli. I’ll double-check with Jac and update/correct later on.

Family September birthdays dinner – the sweet

We didn’t have a birthday cake, but after the dinner dishes had been cleared, Juji brought out a tiramisu she’d made (one of Mark’s favourite desserts) – and we all sang happy birthday. Obviously we didn’t bother with candles!

Saturday food

First, breakfast: bacon and eggs, mushrooms and more of our homegrown tomatoes. We’ll probably eat the last of the tomato crop this week or the next. I’ve really enjoyed them.
