The potatoes look great! Is the other round-ish vegetable an onion? The meat you have there looks scrumptious ^^. Makes me want some =D

Yep! Roast pork. Jac bought a small roast so we would have enough for dinner and leftovers for the next day.

She scours it and rubs it all over with salt before roasting. I believe that’s all.
