		<description>Hey there, I know this is a bit of an older post and I&#039;m sure this is probably something you&#039;ve made before, but when I&#039;m looking for a super garlicky sauce that&#039;s on the lighter side, this is what I use:

- Generous blobs of fat free mayo
- A few squirts of mustard (whole grain works really well here!)
- Garlic powder and a few (or more!) pinches of fresh chopped garlic, because I&#039;m a garlic fiend too!
- A few twists of cracked black pepper

I don&#039;t use measurements as you can see, I just toss in the ingredients and taste as I go, but I like that it&#039;s fat free and has about 20 calories or so per tablespoon! It&#039;s good on just about anything, I even use it as a sauce on cauliflower instead of cheese...yum!

We hang on to all the condiments, spare napkins and plastic spoons. They&#039;re so useful for picnics and lunches.
