They went very well together indeed. Initially I think Jac had planned to serve rice and vegetables with the steak, but then we had this packet of noodles to use up. :)

Yeah, I guess it is! I always prefer soba to udon noodles, whether soup or fried. We&#039;ve had this bottle of tamari in the pantry for ages... I tend to forget that we have it, and just use the standard soy most of the time.</description>

		<description>YUM! It&#039;s like home made yaki soba isn&#039;t it? I  prefer udon to soba in soup and soba to udon when eaten cold or stir-fried. A veggie &amp; soba stir fry sounds like a yummy dinner. I never thought of using tamari, but that is a great idea too. Usually I like to add a tablespoon or 2 of teriyaki sauce to soba stir fries to give it a savoury yet sweetish taste.</description>
