All the burgers on that page look good! dea, It's a Chinese omelette (egg beaten with soy sauce and white pepper), but quite a thick one, which I cut into pieces to fit neatly in the bento box. I didn't beat it very vigorously, hence the visible clumps of egg white in the omelette. Linda, She likes using those sorts of phrases.
