Chicken schnitzel burger

in Takeaway

For lunch last Friday I had a chicken schnitzel burger from 88 Royal lunch bar (88a Royal St, East Perth). These are always good. The chicken is freshly deep-fried and super-crunchy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. Along with the schnitzel, there’s lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise in the chewy, lightly toasted bun. Very simple, but all I need in a tasty chicken burger.

simple is always best. i love a chicken burger like that, not much extra trimming needed when it’s fresh and tasty.

Although I’m sorry to hear that you are feeling hungry in class, I’m also pleased to hear that you feel hungry from looking at my photos. :)

Marc,
Welcome back! Glad you like the photos.

Bryan,
It’s a delicious lunch. I think I will have these always, from time to time.

dea,
Exactly. No need to fancy it up when everything is good quality and freshly (and properly) prepared.
