Last Friday was a busy day – and I had a shocker of a morning. I didn’t have a lot of time for lunch, and grabbed a quick takeaway chicken katsu from Sushi@Royal (131 Royal St, East Perth). The chicken is drizzled with barbecue sauce, and the dollop of mayonnaise goes well with the chicken and the salad.

I love chicken katsu which tastes like that. I just can’t consume it without the yummy baby mayo(okay, it’s really called kewpie mayo but i like calling it baby mayo)…doesn’t quite taste the same.
