Unfortunately it only seems to open mon-sat 11:30am - 2:30pm, quite unusual that it's only open 3 hours per day. My husband is Japanese and he was quite miffed that they are not open any other times because he has to work during the day. I'd like to go there and try it some time though... :) I was surprised to find your review!! We didn't know if it was just a take-away but thanks to your review we can see it's a restaurant. Most of the time I want a hot meal, which is why I don't choose sushi. A hot meal is so much more satisfying to me, somehow. tunadip, I suppose as they are dumplings made in a Japanese restaurant, they served them with wasabi. I didn't think about the sparseness of the presentation, to be honest. I was too busy diggng into my stir-fry at the time. :) Stylopath, Jac would say "cold meat and salad". You have such similar tastes to me in everything else I choose to eat out - noodle and rice dishes, mostly Asian food of one kind or another, fried things :P - but no sushi.
