		<description>What a simple yet tasty looking lunch.  Chicken thighs are definitely one of the tastiest kinds of meat and are highly underrated in my opinion!  I also love how you put pickles in the salad (as I&#039;ve eaten most of a jar of pickles in one sitting more than I&#039;d like to admit!).</description>

The little Kiri portion is like a kid&#039;s portion - we buy a variety pack of mini cheeses from the supermarket which are perfect to throw into a bento box. If you google it, you&#039;ll be able to find out more (most of the time, if I write about something new to you, you&#039;ll be able to find out more just by googling). I love sweet pickles in a salad - it&#039;s probably not the done thing, but we enjoy it.</description>
