Chicken thighs are definitely one of the tastiest kinds of meat and are highly underrated in my opinion! Luckily, Jac understands my need for rice and noodles, so we have a good balance of meals, some with bread, some without. Cindy, The little Kiri portion is like a kid's portion - we buy a variety pack of mini cheeses from the supermarket which are perfect to throw into a bento box. If you google it, you'll be able to find out more (most of the time, if I write about something new to you, you'll be able to find out more just by googling). Regarding Jac's bread cravings, the other month I met a French couple who told us their in-laws will not sit down to a meal unless there is bread. Bread is extremely important in Europe. Travelling across Spain, my partner said he'd never had so much bread in his life! :D I just love your notes!
