		<description>Interesting choice of fish, herring.  I&#039;ve had pickled and smoked herring, but I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve ever had it fresh like this.  It looks really tasty though, especially with the addition of curry powder.</description>

		<description>I love oven-baked (not fried, in my terminology) chips. Sometimes I sprinkle mixed dried herbs over the potato fingers along with a good drizzle of olive oil and a dash of salt. Always comes out yummy  and a perfect accompaniment to baked fish or chicken. :)</description>
