Grilled snapper fillets, microwaved-steamed potatoes and salad (lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes, corn). The parsley garnish was immediately removed and placed on Jac’s plate after I photographed my dinner. :-P
Jac seasoned the fish with salt and pepper, topped each piece with a little butter and placed them under the grill. She’s still getting the feel of the new grill and oven – the fish was a little more done than we’d ideally like. It was still tasty though.

Getting used to a new cooking surface can be tough but it feels so good when you get the feel for it.
