You posted that Jac made one a few months ago (it had mushrooms and spring onions in it) and I was inspired! I experimented for a while and now, there are 2 potato bakes that I make regularly! One has chorizo and cheddar cheese and my favorite uses gorgonzola cheese and prosciutto! THANK YOU for the inspiration!!! My well-fed friends thank you too!
