Whether the day is boring, stressful or surprisingly good, fried chicken and rice makes it better.
And funnily enough, a few weeks later, fried chicken did its magic again… though it looks like they skimped on the rice.

So you’re saying fried chicken and rice is good *any* time. ;-) Chicken and rice was a favorite dish of my father’s; pressure cooked. Simple fare yet very satisfying. One of my favs too.
Your lunch container is so cute! reminds me of a bento box, which is something I should invest in. Great postings… it makes me hungry!
