Fine dining in Victoria Park at the heart of used car yard central. Our food was intricate, interesting and delicious. The dessert of rose pannacotta, fairy floss, rose granita and Turkish delight is stunning.

Whoopie pie samples at the Fine Food WA show

Juji and I went to Fine Food Western Australia, a trade show with over 200 exhibitors for the food and hospitality industries at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. There were free tastings, displays and demonstrations, with fresh produce, food and beverage products, kitchen gadgets, hospitality equipment and supplies and wedding cakes.

The Claisebrook Carnivale in East Perth was part of Eat Drink Perth and looked to be a great family day out but didn’t have enough food for us – after a Spiral Spud and banana and strawberry smoothie we left to search for more culinary delights.
