Bento – cocktail frankfurt fried rice and salad
After dinner, I cooked up a batch of fried rice for my bento lunch the next day, with sliced Plumrose brand cocktail frankfurts, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, garlic and egg.
I packed a little salad to go with the fried rice – well, not that much of a salad, just rocket and spinach leaves with cherry tomatoes.
I packed and photographed this lunch the night before, which saved me the time the next morning. I took a pair of chopsticks to work to eat my lunch with, and really enjoyed it.
