Jac bought a barbecue chicken from Woolworths, the kind that comes seasoned in the bag and ready to cook in the microwave or conventional oven. I was pleased to discover it came with stuffing too! She cooked it in the oven and chicken turned out moist and tender and fell off the bone. Jac served it with bake-at-home bread rolls hot out of the oven (crusty on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside), lettuce, grape tomatoes and cucumber, and pasta salad also bought from Woolies. Yum yum!

Mmm that chicken looks like the actual precooked BBQ chooks you can get at Woolies. Nice job Jac!
Question: What do you guys usually have for Christmas dinner with the massive heatwave that’s going to hit this summer?

What a feast. Looks yummy! Must’ve been, considering the fact that your plate is loaded. Chicken + stuffing for the win, always!
