This was my dinner tonight: lamb kofta meatballs with rice. We didn’t make the meatballs – Jac’s brother’s fiancee Kelsie made them, but Jac’s brother turned his nose up at them (apparently he made vomit noises to express his dislike of them) and since Jac happened to be at their house at the time, she scored them for us instead. I don’t know why Jac’s brother didn’t like them but I’m glad he felt that way, because I reckon they are absolutely scrumptious.
