Marinated chicken, oven-roasted vegetables

After a few days away from the house, Jac couldn’t wait to get back into the kitchen and do some cooking. I came home from work to the most delicious smells of marinated chicken pieces and vegetables roasting in the oven.

Lemon pepper fish with steamed vegetables

A recent dinner, of panfried lemon pepper fish (snapper fillets, I believe) with steamed vegetables – carrot and cauliflower, and one of my least favourite – baby brussels sprouts! It’s my own fault – I saw the bags of baby brussels sprouts in the supermarket and said to Jac, “Look! Baby brussels sprouts!” Silly silly TFP.
