Restaurant review. Fusion cuisine with silver service. The chef’s tasting menu was a glutton’s delight featuring seafood, pork, beef, mushrooms and the delicious signature duck and shitake pancakes. Exquisite desserts. Highly recommended.

I attended the first Largesse Dining event with Jac, my sister Juji and her boyfriend Jay, held at Restaurant Amusé in East Perth. This six-course degustation dinner showcases Western Australia’s culinary talent, wine and produce, with all proceeds going to charity.
