Jac cooked a casserole in the electric frypan we got from my parents for Christmas – she used Christmas turkey thigh roll, retrieved from the freezer, thawed and cut into cubes. She added vegetables – carrots, celery, green beans, peas, and onions, and a tin of mushrooms in butter sauce as well as sliced fresh mushrooms.
