Since there was sausage left over from breakfast and I had a rice craving, Jac made fried rice, with chopped up sausage, corn, peas and mushrooms, and a big handful of chopped fresh spring onion.

Dinner and bento – fried rice with Don strasburg sausage

Jac used up the last of the strasburg sausage, chicken, corn and green beans and cooked up a batch of fried rice. I packed us bento lunches the next day with fried rice, orange wedges and strawberries.

Brunch at Canning Vale

Small asian combination - fried rice, green chicken curry and noodles

We went to Canning Vale Markets recently and enjoyed a spot of brunch at the Market City Cafe.

I had a small asian combination (AU$7.50), of fried rice, thai green curry chicken and stir-fried chicken noodles. This was great! The curry was especially tasty – lots of chicken, all succulent thigh pieces.
